responsibilities:
1.handle daily correspondences, minutes, reports and other documents, including preparation of client presentation materials and proposals, and maintaining an up-to-date client contact database and filing system.
2.travel and other logistic arrangements, and preparation of travel expense claims after the ceo's business trips.
3.supervise and assist in the projects as delegated by ceo, and assist department utives in the ution of such projects.
4.perform additional assignments per ceo's direction.
qualifications:
1.femail, bachelor degree or above, major in acing or related.
2.skillful english communication skill both in verbal and written.
3.excellent interpersonal skills.
4.well organized. more than 5 years working experience in a foreign-owned company, especially germany company.
5.strong working knowledge of word, excel, and powerpoint.
